Sprinklr University (CXM University) Training and Certifications

2.8

Sprinklr used to run a public certification site with priced credentials like Conversational AI Pro. As of September 2026 that whole site redirects to a clients-only training page. If you already use Sprinklr, the in-platform courses are fine. If you wanted a Sprinklr AI credential to get hired, the public route is gone.

What We Liked

  • Courses sit inside the Sprinklr environment, so learners train on the product they will actually use
  • Mix of on-demand courses, public webinars and private instructor-led classes
  • Included for clients rather than sold per seat, as far as the public page states

What Could Be Better

  • The public CXM University site and its certification pages, including Conversational AI Pro, now redirect to a generic training page
  • No certification names, exam formats or prices are published any more
  • Access is limited to paying clients, so job seekers cannot learn or certify independently
  • Pricing for private classes is by email only (sprinklru@sprinklr.com or your account team)

Detailed review

Sprinklr sells a large customer experience platform covering social listening, contact centre, marketing and a conversational AI layer for bots and agent assist. For years its training lived at university.sprinklr.com under the name CXM University, which listed individual certification courses with prices. Search results still show pages like Sprinklr Conversational AI Pro, a course of just under three hours listed at $299, and Sprinklr Product Analyst Pro at $199. Those pages no longer exist. When I checked on 30 September 2026, every university.sprinklr.com URL, including the home page and the individual certification pages, returned a 302 redirect to sprinklr.com/sprinklr-training.

That page describes Sprinklr University Learning Services in three parts: on-demand courses inside the Sprinklr environment, public training webinars, and private instructor-led classes. It says new courses are available to all clients and are accessed from within the platform. It lists no certifications, no exam details and no prices, and routes questions to an email address or your success manager. For existing customers this is not a disaster. Training that lives inside the product is often better than a separate LMS, and not paying per certificate is an improvement.

For anyone outside, it is a closed door. Sprinklr joins ZoomInfo, Salesloft and Sisense on my list of vendors whose training is only available once your employer has signed a contract, which inverts the point of a public credential when job ads ask for Sprinklr experience. The removal also leaves a vacuum that third-party course sellers fill. I have seen the same thing with Fivetran, Pulumi and Matomo: when the vendor has no public credential, other sites sell Sprinklr training and certification that certifies nothing. Do not pay for those. On the AI side, I cannot judge the current in-platform conversational AI courses because they are not visible from outside, and I will not guess.

What I can say is that the skills behind a good Sprinklr bot deployment, intent design, escalation rules, testing with real transcripts and measuring containment honestly, are portable. If you want to work on Sprinklr AI projects and do not have access yet, learning those on an open platform like Rasa or Google's Conversational Agents will serve you better than a certificate you cannot currently buy. I have rated this low because of access and transparency, not because the content is known to be bad. If Sprinklr brings back a public route, this review will change.

The verdict.

Sprinklr admins and agents should use the in-platform courses because they are the only official option. Everyone else should ignore third-party Sprinklr certification sellers and put the time into general conversational AI design skills instead.
